Miami Swimming Club is very proud of its illustrious history and under the guidance of Head Coach Denis Cotterell (1976-2016), a host of swimmers have achieved success on the International stage of swimming. 42 years of contributions big, small and legendary make the club what it is today. That is: a club of distinction, internationally recognized for excellence, from “learn to swim and saving lives” programs to being home to some of the world’s swimming, tri, surf and coaching elite. It is a great testament to our coaches that this club has so consistently produced such great champions and the tradition continues with the next generation of Miami swimmers all working towards achieving their goals in and out of the pool.
